Machine washing, washing at home with detergent, and wet cleaning are therefore not recommended. For everyday care, use a low-suction vacuum cleaner and gently dab any stains with a lightly damp cloth. Gently vacuuming between the knitted loops helps preserve the rug’s natural texture and shape for a long time.

Returns
If your rug isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery through My Account › My Orders by selecting “Request a return.” Once your request is approved, your return code will be sent via WhatsApp. You don’t need to take the rug to a shipping branch — simply call your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to arrange pickup from your address. We cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or a completely different rug, you can request an exchange within 14 days by selecting “Request an exchange.” Your new rug will be sent once we receive the one you returned; shipping is on us. If there’s a price difference, we’ll send you a payment link. If your new choice costs less, the difference will be refunded to your card. Rugs made to custom dimensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

To balance how natural yarns react to light and prevent uneven changes in color (fading), we recommend rotating your rug every 2 to 6 months.

Fine textures such as handwoven fibers, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners.
